2008 Wedding Trends

Economy Package: $300.00

2 camera setup (1 camera or both can be manned. Sometimes it's desirable to have an unmanned camera set up in the altar area)

We will arrive at your wedding site two hours before the wedding and begin videotaping the photo session. We will try to get a high resolution photo of the wedding couple for the the DVD cover. We will continue videotaping throughout the service and will videotape for approximately one hour following the service portions of any onsite or nearby reception that immediately follows the service.
Because of these incredibly low rates, we also charge mileage ($0.30 per mi.) both ways for any wedding site more than 30 miles from Bottineau, ND.

What you receive:

1 unedited raw video DVD as soon after the wedding as possible. (usually shipped within 1 week of the wedding)

5 copies of the edited DVD will follow, usually within 3 weeks of the wedding.
The DVDs will include animated menus, broken down by the main segments of your wedding to make it easy to find each portion of the service. Each DVD will have an attractive, full-color label printed directly on the DVD surface and will be encased in a slimline jewel case with a full-color, paper label insert utilizing the high resolution wedding couple photo taken at the wedding.

Additional DVDs may be ordered for $5.00 each.

Standard Wedding Video Package: $400.00

Includes everything in the economy package with the following exceptions and additions:

3 camera setup (2 manned, 1 unmanned)

We will work with the wedding couple to develop a "growing-up years" or "growing together years" slide show on DVD featuring 60-100 digital photos of the wedding couple in the years preceding their marriage. The wedding couple provides digital photos in the order they want them inserted in the slideshow. Hard copy photographs can be scanned in for a charge of $0.50 each. Photos exceeding 100 may be added to the slideshow for $1.00 ea. We will select appropriate royalty-free music with suggestions of genre by the wedding couple, or the wedding couple may supply their own music on CD for the sound track.

In addition to the pre or post-wedding video session, the ceremony itself and the reception immediately following the wedding, we will videotape portions of any off-site reception, dinner and/or wedding dance on the same day as the wedding within a reasonable distance of the wedding site. At the dinner/dance reception we can set up a multimedia projector and show the slide show DVD as well as unedited videotape portions of the wedding direct from one of the cameras.

What you receive:

1 unedited raw-footage DVD soon after the wedding

7 copies of the Slide Show DVD packaged as above.

7 copies of the edited DVD within 3 weeks of the wedding. The DVD for the wedding couple will be encased in a deluxe padded, leather-simulated case with a cameo of the couple on the cover. Additional DVDs packaged as above.

Deluxe Package: $500.00

Includes everything in the economy and basic packages with the following exceptions and additions:

3 camera setup (2 manned, 1 unmanned)

We will add a wedding couple video interview (Love Story) taken at a location of their choice, usually on a day preceding the wedding itself. We will engage you in casual conversation and hear whatever story you would like to share, such as how you met, when and how you were engaged, what you find attractive about each other, how you may have almost broke up, and some interesting, humorous, or unusual stories about your relationship, perhaps your goals and dreams for your life together. We usually take about 1/2 hour of video and edit it down as necessary to include on your wedding DVD. We will also make the entire raw video footage available to you.

At your discretion, and as time permits, we can do a dreamwalk video segment of the wedding couple which only takes about 10 minutes to videotape and will be edited down to a 2-minute segment on the video, part in slow-motion and often with a soft-focus around the edges to give a fairy-tale appearance. The couple walks arm-in-arm in full wedding attire, usually in a park-like setting or lakeside and shares a romantic kiss. Because of the wedding attire, this is usually worked in around the time of the wedding photo session, and may or may not be possible or desirable, depending on time and even the design of the wedding gown. Also, there probably needs to be a somewhat exotic setting nearby, although it could be done down the center aisle of the church. In lieu of this, we can do the wedding vows or the wedding couple leading the recessional in a separate, dream-like cutting.

We will set up a password protected website to display an internet version of your slideshow and 2-5 minute video clips of the wedding itself to share with friends and family who are unable to attend the wedding. Wedding video clips will begin to appear (usually the vows are loaded first) within 48 hours following the wedding. Additional video clips are added during the first week following the wedding. The wedding video website will remain up for 3 months, then can be transferred to a personal website, at the couple's discretion.

In addition to the unedited raw-footage DVD, the 7 copies of the DVD slide show and the 7 copies of the wedding DVD, all seven wedding DVDs will be delivered in specially designed deluxe cases. The wedding couple's DVD case is made of padded leather with a cameo-photo insert of the wedding couple and gold-stamp lettering. The other 6 cases are made of soft, padded white plastic with gold-stamp lettering.
